Are the Santa Letters Personalised?
Every letter is individually written (we don't use templates), making every word personalised to get the most magical connection with Santa.
Can Santa Letters be posted directly to my child?
Each letter can be posted directly to each individual child. This will incur a postage fee for each letter.
Alternatively several letters can be posted together (To Parent in a plain package to ensure the surprise). Each letter will be individually enveloped and addressed within the package, ensuring the same high standard and magical experience for each child.
When will Santa Letters be posted?
All letters will be posted the 1st week in December
Can I write my own Santa Letter?
Yes, of course. Please make sure to add this in the child details section and we will be in touch with details.
Can I add more than one name to a Santa Letter?
Yes you can address a letter to more than one child, however, please note this will make the letter less personalised.

Will my information be stored?
We will hold your information until your order has been finalised. After which all personal information will be deleted. We do not share any information with third parties.
Refunds / Returns?
We take pride in our products and services and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Please ensure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing an item. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once the product has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on personalised items if an error was made at the time of ordering (ie. Spelling). Should you receive your personalised order with an error made by us, we will offer a replacement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue. In the event that a return is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers will incur the cost of returning an item to us.
